Helen has over 20 years of auditing and commercial experience. She is currently Group Chief Auditor of The Bank of East Asia Limited and had worked as an advisory partner in KPMG. Helen has led numerous internal audit, governance and risk management reviews/projects for listed companies in Asia Pacific. Helen is a CIA, FCCA, FHKICPA, and has a master degree of science in finance. She is a governor of the Institute of Internal Auditors Hong Kong, the honorary secretary of Asian Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditors, and a regular speaker at professional conferences. |

Dan Zitting, Chief Product Officer, ACL
Dan is responsible for product management, design, and user experience for ACL's industry-leading software products. After working for several years at Ernst & Young, he co-founded the CPA firm Linford & Company LLP which provides risk management services to global clientele. While running his own practice, he developed a web-based software for auditors to meet his team’s needs. As demand for this software increased, he founded Workpapers.com which was acquired by ACL in late 2011. Dan is a three-time winner of the CPA Practice Advisor Magazine’s 40 under 40 and Readers’ Choice awards. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information System Auditor and Certified GRC Professional. |

Tai is the Practice Manager, Professional Services and Customer Success for Asia at ACL and a Subject Matter Expert in Governance and Risk & Compliance. He spearheads both Professional Services and Customer Support teams across Asia while driving ACL’s customer success through consulting, implementation, training and support services for the company’s customers.With over 15 years of experience, Tai provides extensive risk management and internal audit services and solutions. He has developed and implemented complex processes and frameworks in many areas of governance, risk management and compliance. Prior to joining ACL, Tai worked at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Protiviti, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche. Tai graduated from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands with a degree in economics. |
