Many of you loved our Back to School Challenge last August, so we’ve come up with a new three-week ACL Robotics Challenge series!

Each Tuesday we will show you how to build a robot, as well as what you can do with your results. Your challenge is to build one yourself! You have until Monday the following week to submit your challenge and enter the draw to win a $100 USD Visa gift card! Each week covers a different practical use-case, but all the robots and techniques will be applicable to a wide range of users. You can participate in as many of the challenge weeks as you like. 

Week 1: Managing your audit analytics Tuesday, February 19^th - 10am PDT

Learn about our new script repository and version control features, as well as how to leverage external and internal cloud data access. We will show you how to connect from external data sources to bring data into ACL Analytics, rather than manual exports and imports that can quickly become outdated.

Week 2: Getting a handle on your financial controls Tuesday, February 26^th - 10am PDT

Create a robot to help you monitor employee overtime, annual salary increases, payroll management, and much more. Hear a real customer story about how they automated their payroll analysis process, and the best way to painlessly and professionally present your findings to stakeholders.

Week 3: Securing your IT access management and compliance Tuesday, March 5^th - 10am PDT

The final week examines common IT security and compliance measures. We demonstrate how to simplify and improve your IT access requests by using reference data to enrich your data. You will also learn how robots can use string matching to identify uploaded files that are policy infractions (e.g., storing copyrighted content in personal folders), and how to set triggers to notify you of infractions.
